The Moniteau Board of Directors consists of nine community members who work together to ensure that the students in our schools receive the best education possible. The board meets together regularly to make decisions regarding school policies, budget allocations, and educational goals.

Board of Directors Vacancy

The Moniteau School District is seeking residents interested in applying for one (vacant position on the board of school directors. Applicants must be 18 years old or older, of good moral character, and have been a resident of the district for at least one year. Applicants are invited to submit a letter of interest, resume, and a statement of financial interest as approved by the PA Ethics Commission to the Office of the Superintendent, Moniteau School District, 1810 West Sunbury Road, West Sunbury, PA 16061, or email the administrative assistant to the superintendent, Mrs. Deanna Panza. Applicant information will be accepted through noon on Friday, December 19, 2025. The date of the meeting at which interviews will take place will be announced once the board is aware of the number of applicants.

We welcome the public to attend our regular board meetings, which take place at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth Monday of every month. Within 24 hours prior to each month’s meeting, we will post a meeting agenda on this page.
